Well that didn’t work as well as I thought. I couldn’t get the pictures to lay out right so I figured I’d just start a new post for the other item I wanted to show. I’ve been doing a little bit of crocheting this year and came up with a design for a goat blanket. I needed to fix up some goat blankets anyhow because with the dairy goats you have to completely shave them for show and sometimes it gets pretty cold over night at some of the shows. So I played around with measurements for a while and came up with these:

- The neckline is low enough for grazing and the bottom is high enough not to tangle. All based off of about 4-6 measurement.

- The neckline is designed to hug the shoulders and chest and far enough back to allow full head motion.

- Bunny being kind and modeling her blanket. Every blanket has BB or BB Goats embroidered on it.

- The hearts are just working two-three strands of yarn and picking up different colors.

- Latest blanket- measured for Black Lace. I wove three heart designs into it.

I made this little blanket to try for the three-four month old kids. Sadly it is more sized for two-three months.

- The blanket I made for Bunny I took to County Fair in the open fiber arts and got the Grand Champion

- Second Blanket- measured for Bunny (Astartie)

- First blanket- originally measured for Barbie. I secure the girth strap on one side with stitching and on the other two buttons, for a small amount of size change for grass bloat or pregnant goats.
